I TOTALLY DISAGREE WITH ALL THESE REVIEWERS WHO CONSTANTLY SHIT ON THE LEXUS TRACK PAD or MOUSE. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT !!!!!! Seriously, most of these reviewers spend what, a few hours, maybe a couple of days, actually inside, driving these cars and they don't truly get the time to "get used to some features" of the cars they review, including Lexus's RCF or LC track pad or mouse. I own an RCF and the first few days it took me awhile to get used to the track pad, but now that I have, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE It and think it's brilliant. It's perfectly located, having your fingers fall, or sit, naturally right at the track pad. Change the movement settings to low to start out with and get used to it. I want no part of a "touch screen" where I have to move my arm every time to reach forward to it and they always have "fingerprints" and "smudges" all over them. They look hideous and dirty, especially if the display is turned off and at start up. I'm saddened to see Lexus go away from the track pad. I think it's great !!!!

I have the coupe and it is by far the best car I’ve ever driven. I ditched the fake exhaust tips for a new Lexon rear diffuser with custom double barrel carbon fiber tips. Totally transforms the rear. The car is built like a tank and even after four years has zero rattles or squeaks or mechanical problems.

It's good to hear about the long-term reliability of the LC 500, especially given the car's competition. Unfortunately, that is not really something we can talk about in the review of "new" car but, Lexus certainly has an great reputation.

I actually don't mind how you guys reviewed the car so thank you. This car is NOT for everyone, and it is a soft GT with a lot of power not a true performance car like Porsche or AMG GT or a C8, but it is also not unreliable as those cars. As a previous 911 owner, what this car gives you is a pleasant drive experience and a peace of mind, which you won't get with the German cars.

As a former Z enthusiast (3 variants), I just purchased the LC500 2024 edition as my new Z. Some months ago, I had purchased a 2017 Mazda MX-5 RF as my next Z and found it to be an excellent sports/luxury car blend that is very enjoyable to own and drive. The MX-5 is in the 5 generation and is well refined and very well engineered/evolved. I can recommend the MX-5 as the best sports car for the price point ($30-40K) new. I had in years past, previously reviewed and liked the LC500 but was annoyed by the electronics in the platform. And to my surprise, Lexus Corporate listened to the market and updated the infotainment for 2024. So the Miata is now going to find a new home and the LC500 has earned a spot in the garage. Having owned and driven many vehicles over my baby boomer life, the LC500 is the penultimate Lexus blend of GT/LS art/engineering and is actually priced well, with respect to the competition. I appreciate your review and agree with many of your comments. Stay safe and happy driving!

FYI it’s a 5 litre engine with ported and direct injection and will last forever as I own one 😂, stereo is 1200 watts too, look inside the exhaust surrounds and there are 4 pipes 😂

It's a 5 litre V8. The "fake" exhaust tips hide quad pipes inside, so in a way they undersell it. And you criticized the handling without the sport pack with rear steer?

We have to review the car that we were given which, unfortunately, did not have the rear steer option so, we cannot speak to how that would change the overall driving experience and handling of the car.

first of all, you guys should not even be doing reviews on cars that you know, nothing about second of all, it's a 5 L to correct you Not 4.7.. And there is exhaust tips . Not fake tips, you must have Eye issues.

poor sub title. 1. FABULOUS ENGINE SOUNDS. One can put a nice exhaust on anything. Love my flat sixes but V8s sound better 1k-3k, Lexus 5.0 at 3.6k+ is very satisfying. 2. artful choice of lines and materials that are well put together. Real headline more like Emotive Coupe. I drive a 911 manual, Boxster PDK and a Lexus GSF that has the same V8 and magical RWD per torque vector diff (clutches) vs bs brake based. LC has extra intake and sound beats all.

You want something more involving. But for the money, what GT car is more involving AND looks and sounds as good? A 911, which is more expensive is a sports car - it’s not a GT. The 850 - the engine may have torque, but nowhere near the character of the LC’s and the 850 feels much less nimble than the LC500. Have you driven all these cars? You mention the RCF as more hardcore. I’ve owned an RCF (and currently own an LC). The RCF is not more hardcore and in all fairness is much less sharp than an LC500 that has rear wheel steering. As for steering feel - once again, what car in this segment gives oodles of steering feel? In fact, what modern car gives steering feel full stop. Fair to say, I think this is a poor review. Suggest some more homework needed. C-

You need to do better research. It’s a 5.0 V8 & not a 4.7 as you mentioned. The front vents are there to cool the brakes, the carbon fiber roof is part of the performance package. Probably the worst LC review on KZitem.
