As #2023 comes to a close, Bridgett Massengill, Thrive's President/CEO takes a moment to reflect on the year's successes and thank the people that made it possible.
In this 5-min video, you can see a few things we're proud of this year, such as:
🌱 4 communities in the tri-state joined us and the Open Space Institute for the #ResilientCommunities program, unlocking up to $80,000 in implementation funding for their community-centered resilience plans.
🛣 The Thrive Regional Infrastructure Portal (TRIP), the tool that integrates transportation data across state lines, broke another boundary this year by winning Chattanooga Technology Council (ChaTech)'s Early Innovator Award.
💻 Our collaboration with Lead For America fellow Mateo Jimenez, which accelerated efforts to connect more families to low-cost internet through the #AffordableConnectivityProgram in communities across the tri-state.
🚴♂️ A partnership with several land managers re-branded 34 miles of trails on #LookoutMountain into the #RiverToClouds Route (RCR), an outdoor recreation destination that connects hikers and mountain bikers from Cloudland Canyon State Park in Dade County, GA to the riverwalk in downtown Chattanooga.
💡 The #ThriveTriStateSummit, our flagship conference welcomed 170 local, state, and federal leaders for policy updates, collaborative case studies, and networking in Ringgold, GA.
At Thrive Regional Partnership, our mission to inspire responsible growth across the tri-state is powered by you, your family, neighbors, and community.
