Kenny made the comment towards the beginning about how checking empty traps for a couple hours gets old. Isn't it funny how we start questioning everything we know or have learned when seeing empty traps?!?! Then immediately after catching one those thoughts go away again! Congratulations on some solid numbers and really nice beavers in unfamiliar areas.👍 The work in trapping is enough by itself and trying to video it as well is just a huge untaking. Thanks for bringing us along and sure brings back alot of great memories of cold feet and hands along the creek banks. Thankfully never any Swan Divers...I will leave that to the pros!🤠

Great video! Next time you are trapping in X County (don’t want to name county) let me know! I was trapping beaver all winter down here (I live here too). Had an otter set about 75 yards downstream from one of your beaver sets. Might have walked right by it and didn’t even know! Actually caught a beaver about 50 yard from where you had one of your sets through the ice this winter too! I knew there was more in there! Nice to see some familiar country in the video!

Great job guys. Seems like they are getting harder to trap this spring. Of course the high water doesn't help. I enjoy watching you two guys trap you get along so well. Of course tramping up and down the banks doesn't look like fun at all but the joy when you catch one of those big black ones makes all the pain go away, at least temporarily!!! Good job men.

This was my 2nd year trapping beaver. I run a small line and my goal was 30, I fell short at 24. I had a few toenails and snapped traps. I hope that by the time I'm a few years older I can put more time in. I absolutely love trapping and fur handling. I did get 3 giant black too! Your videos have helped me get quicker making sets.

Ken took another plunge that wasn't recorded... Bad KZitemr Chris. We'd watch that on a loop. My trapping blooper reel would be way longer than a catch reel. Especially since I didn't set steel at all this year.
