So much power. It shattered the primary and secondary gear reductions, contaminating the motor and destroying it

That thing looks like a lot of fun. I wanted another Honda they are just so slow and gutless compared to..... Everything else. Lol I ended up with a grizzly 700 xtr. I don't do super deep stuff like you. Mostly just trail riding and creek crossing and stuff. Not water to the bars and bottomless mud holes. I was coming from my 96 Honda 300..... Its amazing.

I like the grizzly. I just wish it was geared a little bit lower.

The Rubicon 520 is a big improvement over a 300 though LOL

@MudPuppyOffroad that is the problem with them for sure. It has the stock 27s and I wouldn't want to go much bigger. And sure practically anything is an improvement over a 300 for comfort and power. That was my gripe. Slow as hell. Felt like I got in a car crash after riding all day. I go to wv semi often.

Bro you should try flash tune with the dynojet tuner because all the can am xmrs are governed to 65-66 mph and if you flashed you can get more power and speed like 75 78 mph I think they already make a tune for these new 700 engines

i’d be happy to know what the tune is, i can’t find one anywhere

What size spacers did you have to run to clear the 32” Aztecs
@MudPuppyOffroad
27 күн бұрын
That's going to totally depend on your real offset. If you run a 4 + 3-inch wheel You won't need to add any spacers for 32s just a little bit of trimming. It also might rub slightly at full lock
@brent82683

I still have the stock wheels for now.
@MudPuppyOffroad

@@brent82683 I don't really recommend running aftermarket tires on your stock wheels. The rear wheels are too wide. They are made for a very fat tire

I’m just trying to avoid spending a ton of money got kids to pay for lol. What about putting factory wheels for the front on the back if I can find a set?
@MudPuppyOffroad
26 күн бұрын
@@brent82683 if you wanted to run the factory wheels with 32-in Aztecs, I would recommend doing 1" spacers all the way around. You could do 1.5-in spacers all the way around if you prefer a wide stance. The 32s will work okay on the factory wheels because it's such a tall tire that the rim width won't cause a sealing issue or anything like that, The back might just look a little bit funny on a wider wheel

I think it's good so far. It does make some weird pops and clanks, but I think those are the engine mounts
