I recommend the Carnivore Diet if you're getting back into training; helped me clear out small problems here and there, mostly with inflammation. I've also had better output during my weight training sessions.

@@patricklacson I started back in Oct 2023; I'm currently on it still, but I'm also re-introducing vegetable-based foods like kimchi and other raw fruits and vegetables. Big key in the diet is essentially eliminating any processed foods, especially anything with sugar in it. My diet basically consists of beef, chicken, fish, pork, and eggs. Mornings, I eat 5-6 eggs + bacon. Lunch is steak and kimchi. Dinner, steak or any of the other meats. I got rid of all snacks other than fresh fruit.
