so you want a speed pro with slightly thinner beam and smaller head size with 18x19...how about prestige MP?

Are you talking about the new MPL? I don't think that racket is suited for me. If you're talking about the old MP, that one has been renamed to the Pro.

@@opencourt808 Nope, the MP, not mp-l. MP is 99/18x19/21.5mm beam/310g...

Jannik Sinner endorses the Head Speed MP. My mistake. Regardless, let me know how you feel about the new Speed if you've played with it.

I have both and prefer the MP which is similar in control but much easier to generate spin, depth and feel.

CON= I HATE stringing 18x20s....find me 16x19 or 16x20 speed pro 98 or 100inch

Sinner uses an old speed mp tho. Weight, balance and the string pattern is different to the pro. Absolutely nothing about this racauet is related to Sinner.

“Endorsed by Sinner” is what he said which is exactly accurate.

I have several pre-auxetic HEAD racquets. Dampening was an issue for me - the racquets were too raw feeling; some dampening was needed. I have to give the auxetic lines a try to see if there is an improvement.

I believe everything you say, but, when I tried the graphene 360 version, it felt hars, slow to move through the air and I just didn't gel with it. But then again, I'm more of a blade user. Good review. Enjoy your content.

Thank you! I agree. I own the Graphene 360 version and felt it was a bit sluggish so I put weight under the buttcap. I don't feel I need to do that with this update.

@michelmarceau8115vor 0 Sekunden Hi, suberb review! Thx. How u compare this Version to the previous 2022 version in relation Power, Spin and Control? Is it worth an Update?
@opencourt808

For me, the balance is a little more head light in the newest update. If that's important to you, it might be worth the update. More power in the newest edition as well. But if you have the previous edition, you could customize to get similar specs to the new one.

The internet knows the real HEAD Speed Pro endorsement that counts is from Kent Okamura :D Jokes aside, it seems that HEAD have made an effort to fix the stability of the lighter versions of the Speed (MP, MP/L etc) with more weight in the hoop - this however has been said to decrease the manoeuvrability while changing the Pro to a more head light frame. I've sold my 2022 Speed MP as I just don't have a modern top spin swing style to suit it, but the 2024 does give me FOMO. If the 2024 was offered with the previous cosmetic I would probably have trouble staying away 😂😂 Great work as always mate, and look forward to seeing you racquet swap :P
