Last December I started a challenge that totaled $3210. I pushed myself to complete it with only $2. I didn't complete it as of today, because I was short $150. I worked it all year along with other challenges.

Yep, you’re making sense. There are things you can’t live without and things you can. If you put your money on something you can’t live without, pull money away from those things you don’t care so much about. Maybe they were just habits you were used to spending on. 😀

😂😂that is me! No lie, I really want to achieve all the savings challenges and it has really switched my mentality from spending to saving. Establishing limits on necessity vs. wants. Seeing and feeling the money hits different than swiping a card willy nilly

This was a really good video gave me a few things to think about like motivating others to save starting a group saving challenge even giving them the binder and envelopes for Christmas and challenge them to save with me at the beginning of the year.💰😊

This year, my favorite challenges were the $1 challenge and the coins. I’m still working on the 100 envelope challenge 😩. I found it helpful to establish a percentage that goes to savings after bills and then using savings challenges to save and to help with sinking funds.

I will always do saving coins(since a child), April showers & zero out. I added a challenge this year and I have 3 for next year I never seen them, but it doesn't mean it isn't out there. I see a lot of people are saying folks are selling their ideas off. I don't sell anything, but I haven't seen these 3 saving challenges that I am going to try next year. I ran into an unexpected $7,000 medical bill, I have emptied my HRA, my FSA & my medical envelope. I said Rochelle said LIFE be lifing, so you have a job just pay what you can & continue to enjoy yourself you will get it paid. I need a side hustle

just saying, I went on Christmas break 12/15 and went back to work 1/3. My last payday was 12/21. I have not been able to stuff anything since then. I am having so many WITHDRAWALS.!!! I get paid this Friday. Oh Yeah. out of the 21 pay, I did pull $19 to stuff last week. It finished 2 challenges that gave me $205 that I put into my 100 envelopes.

Guest sinking fund is smart! I’m in Hawaii as well so visitors are coming lol Paying for parking almost everywhere we go is an annoying expense we never think about until it adds up🫠
