Hello, Friends!! How's the diet going? It's Spring! Are you still holding true to your resolution or commitment to be healthier or lose weight this year? Great! Me, too! :)
So, I recently read The Rave Diet and Lifestyle book by Mike Anderson. Already being vegan, it made sense. However, he touched upon a number of topics that were eye opening for me regarding oils, sugars, and even salt.
So this is a start to this diet and later creating recipes that fit this model. We will start with testing some recipes right out of the book and move on from there. It will great to hear from you, your thoughts, and if you find the recipes doable and tasty.
