Can we have 2 stars abs workout for beginners? This is too tough for me 😭😭😭
I am always surprised by how effective Coffee's videos are. Like why?? lol I have been doing this video for 1 month, and I've never seen my abs as defined in my entire life! I've been working out for a long time, but this video really helps bring my ab muscles out! Shout out to Coffee

So proud of myself that I didn't skip a count! When I couldn't follow your speed, I paused and did my own counting and then resume with the video. And it also became easier when I'm doing it on the 3rd day!
I am age is 10 and I have been watching your videos since 8 years old , your awesome!

Gonna do this for a week challenge Day 1-✅ Day 2-✅ Could notice my waist got a bit thinner Day 3-✅ Day 4-✅ Day 5-✅ Day6 -✅ Found this workout less difficult Day7 -✅ Still haven't got abs but ill continue to do this workout
