This Quarantine as I take A 21 Days Abs Challenge for Fat To Fit Stomach with *Sachin's Studio*.
So today is our *10th day of Abs Workout*.
Todays's workout is about *Intensive Abs obliques burner*.
Repeat at least 2 sets or max 3 sets
25reps of each exercise and 50reps of alternative.
