Raz. those diff casing with the oversize bearing holes look perfect for fitting the bearings with loctite, we fit bearings with that type of tolerance in the aerospace industry all the time , scuff up the bore of the casing and the outside of the bearing with some rough grit emery cloth then fit the bearings with Loctite 648 high strength and trust me they are going nowhere , if you ever need to remove them then heat it up in an oven or with a heat gun and they will pop out with a bit of persuasion

I love rc's but being disabled I have more of an HSP budget than an Aarma or Traxxas budget. That being said I have applied my past skills as an electto-mechanical technician to make things like the differential housing you have with the loose bearing work. I've found that a few dabs of blue locktite will seat bearings that are not a great interference fit sufficiently for at least bashing purposes. That being said I don't know if it would hold up to the speeds and stresses that you put your machines through, but I'd like to know. If you get a few minutes, maybe give it a shot. Love your vids bud! Keep up the amazing groundbreaking work. Edit: That shot of the goat literally had me in tears bro. My dog was thinking something was wrong I was laughing so hard.

Hey dude loved your tech talk. Been eyeing up a perfect pass servo for myself for a while now. Pretty cool to see you made all those gears too. I used to work research and development in an industrial gear shop. Would be so cool to see you make a whole gearbox or transmission, helical gears, as drop in replacements. Keep being meticulous! Good call on the bearing fit!

How about turning the motors around 180’ and putting a small spur gear straight onto the diff cup. This would get rid of all the centre assembly and driveshafts . I’m glad you went to alloy arms I commented on your video a long time ago with the camera showing the arm flexing that the shocks were not doing anything and it was all the plastic arm and hub flexing .

Raz, You really are the best. Loved your vid's since you were running on Florida back roads. So cool to see that you've taken your dream and made it real. Completely agree with your decisions and especially about the Dif' case. If somebody wants a "dofa" (Do For now) there are plenty of options out there! But, if somebody wants something that is going to push the possibilities with a quality solution that will do what it says ... You and PP are the guys to contact. Quality at the edge is the difference between success and failure. Keep up the great work. Question .... Perfect Pass tires? Something that will run multiple times at 200+. At the moment it is 1 run, if you're lucky, above 170. Tire scraping only helps so much. So sad :( Next challenge after you've conquered the mechanical (you've already got the aerodynamics sorted). Looking forward to your future offerings. Keep up the great work :)
