#21Hard is Back
Follow the following 5 Rules for the next 21 days and transform your body :
1. Twenty minutes of Workout/Walk/Zumba/Gym/Swiming or any other workout everyday.
2. 3.5 Litres of Water Every day.
3. 30 Small Bites / 32 Chew Count/ 30 minutes of sitting while eating.
4. 2 Cups of Green Tea or 2 Cups of Saunf Boiled Water / ACV Water / Black Coffee
5. Intermittent Fasting of atleast 15 hours everyday/ No eating after 7 PM
