@@kshatshukla boss, vo jo dimag almirah me dhul khaa rha, use saaf kerke fit ker lo. Isn't "Galat form me jaise taise weight uthana dalna" is definition of Ego lifting. And "practise nahi hai, tab bhi uthanA" is again ego lifting. Kerlo Bhai, tum bhi kerlo. Mujhe apne Ankit Bhai par full bhrosa hai, unhi ki akhade wali exercises lgata hu, aur apne Bhai ko Humesha field me dekhna chahta hu, unlike few haters here. Isi liye Bhai ko warn ker rha. Peshe se Doctor hu, that too Radiology me. Ae din launde aate Hain, 25-35.. gym Bois.. with severe back pain or lift injury for MRI. Isliye experience se bol rha. Ronnie Coleman is my idol too. 500+ kg ki lifts Marta tha. Uski injury ho gayi, abhi search Karo use, he walks using crutches. Sawdhani hati, durghatna ghati. 🙏 Baki Ram ram ji Sare ne.

@@arpitsrivastava3 bura mat manna but u nothing or maybe very little about lifting....if u will start serious lifting ur understanding will or if u will study sports medicine then also u will get to know....arch lifting is neither foul nor sin in lifting ..infact slight arch is often encouraged for heavy lifting...however arch lifting should be avoided in more than 1 rep sets.... PS :every body is different my comment is in context , it's not gyan ...please gain experience and feedback from your coach/trainers and not from doctors...doctors have different role in sports . And arpit bhai sorry if u r offended, I will delete the comment if u will say so.. I will only say if u r doing atleast 20 chin ups, 50 push ups , 40 sapatey ,5km running in 30 mins, 1.25x of ur body weight bench press, 1.5x squat , 2x deadlift...u r views will be different....if u have already achieved these goals and still have the same views then I accept I m wrong...
