Hey Clarence! Looking at your technique and your physique, I can tell you are pretty new to weight training. I would recommend watching instructional videos by Rich Piana for example. That being said I really enjoy your videos, and I really think you can become one of the strongest guys in your gym/on youtube if you put your mind into it. Take no offense, I'm just guiding you as an experienced lifter.

Hey Clarence! I've always admired your insane strength man. But one question I have about your squatting technique is why you shift your weight forward at the last second have your knees track past your toes. Traditionally it's been recommend to sit back and keep the weight on your heels behind your toes for the whole lift right? Just curious.
@debaronAZK
3 жыл бұрын
you're supposed to keep the weight over the middle of your foot. as to why he moves his knees forward at the bottom of the lift, it's probably because it's the only way his hips will allow him to go deeper. so it's entirely personal to him and shouldn't be mimicked. everyone squats differently.
