Although some of these stories are harrowing and I feel compassion for the people that experience them I do take an odd comfort in listening to a master storyteller do his thing. I often think about the people that think this is all fake. The amount of people it would take to write and spread these stories to all the websites and channels would be staggering as Would be the cost. Who would fund such a venture? Why? I just don’t see how anyone could believe this it’s harder to believe than a Sasquatch existing

Yep, agree. You can tell when its from a writer cause theyre always using fancy words and describing parts of thier story irrelevant to an encounter. The people Fred is talking to are normal people who use cusswords and dont know fancy words to describe stuff e@sirbaronvoncount4147

Another absolutely riveting account! After listening to these encounters, it occurs to me that if two or more people are going to be apart from each other in the bush by more than 100 yards, it could be wise to add two way radios to one’s gear…yeah, not the best for stealth if they squawk when hunting but if something’s hunting YOU it could be good to call for help or to warn them.

Speaking of trout fishing, it was fishmas (opening day in the Sierra nevadas) on Saturday, out my way. In the Ron Moorhead samurai chatter land. I’ve had 1 sighting here and experienced that fight or flight I’m on the menu kinda fear also. Had one other really strange experience that I’ve never heard anyone talk about. Have you ever heard of a giant granite boulder being intermittently hollow or possibly a portal opening? Was really bizarre what happened to me and I feel like I may have been a missing 411 case if I didn’t get out of there, anyway

@@TheMistacrazybones really? I mean I know it sounds crazy. There is this huge granite boulder I like to sit on and fish off up in the sierras. I’ve been there many times. It’s a beautiful spot and I just love it. Now let me preface this by saying that I tend to mostly solo camp in the woods. This one particular afternoon I climbed up on the rock and started unloading my gear to fish for a while. When I dropped my utility knife on the boulder it echoed… like what the heck? The rock sounded hollow… so I actually knocked on it with my knuckles and I could hear it echoed like it was hollow. I tapped a few other objects on it and sure enough it sounded hollow. I know this sounds crazy. I tried to find an explanation like maybe the water level was lower and there was a cavity under the rock or something but I couldn’t come up with a logical reason. It really creeped me out after that so I didn’t stick around, like it gave me a bad feeling. Something just wasn’t right. I’ve been back several times since then and the rock is as solid as you’d expect and there is nothing particularly interesting about it at all. I’ve tried to see if I could find any indigenous or tribal legends that talked about hollow rocks. My feeling was that it seemed like perhaps it was a portal. I was also thinking about how I’ve heard it described before in missing 411 cases that other people heard a loud clap noise or like a trap door being slammed shut right before the person went missing. I just really can’t find anything or anyone who has heard of this happening. For some reason I seem to remember hammerson peters talk about the hollow rocks before but I can’t say for sure. I think that’s his name. If anyone else has had a similar experience or heard of this I would love to hear what they know. This is why I typically don’t share the high strangeness I’ve experienced because I feel like I sound like a crazy person but I swear to you this is the honest truth of what happened.
@bradleymadosh911

@@whattheflock8923so did the rock open up like a portal? Did it do anything or you didn't stick around long enough to find out? I can't remember where but in another Country they don't dig around rocks or take boulders because of the little people. Check it out on KZitem you will find it if you search for it
