@@HaseebElectronics its for dvd player, big main capacitor was blown, changed it and now have 320v dc on primary. Also changed all caps, removed and checked all diods on primary and secondary, have checked everything with no luck. No voltage on secondary caps and no dc output. It doesnt have ic, only fets and transistors and two sharp transistors for 3,3 and 5v.. Pages 30 and 42 on manual, (manual is for 110v but same design) www.manualslib.com/manual/1099991/Pioneer-Dv-444.html

Dear Mr Haseeb, I am fascinated the way you explain and troubleshoot electrical problem. I have been watching your demostration for long time. I have a request now. If you please take some time from your busy schedule to explain automotive engine control unit usually known as ECU/ECM . This is fitted to modern car etc. But no contemporary book is available on this unit. Service centres usually cheat or demand hefty amount of money for a very simple job. Wating for a favourable reply.

in fuse blowing problem. following components are involved MOV (varistor) input filter cpacitor Class X capacitor MOSFET or PWM IC (if mosfet is built in) Bridge rectifier

the output will fluctuate at vcc capacitor and main dc rail but no output at all because it will not receive feedback

Hi, my 120W (12v 10A) smps output voltage good but output current very low, i am unable to use 12v 5A load even in smps no voltage fluctuation or down very stable voltage, i checked all components are good in pcb, but low output current, so what problem & component to be replace in smps ? waiting your reply, thanks

we can check diode using diode mode, or continuity or resistance mode every diode is have different reading for example germiniuim diode drop is 0.3 volt, silicon diode will drop 0.7 volt, shottkey diode will drop 0.2 volt, so we have to check forward bias and reverse bias readings i will try to share in detail video very soon and tips and tricks

I have a quick question. Is that pull the required ampere output such as 20A or 30A or 40A from 230v with a 6A/10A 3 pin? I am using a car amplifier at home which is maximum ampere rated as 35. To get a desired ampere output what should I do?

Buy a strong power supply and (not legal?) combine it with a addition smal car lead battery. (Maybe not legal in you country and not safe enough. But you shure can add a fuse and never ever choose to high voltage at the power supply unit. For safety a an additinal PCB with an overvoltage protection circuit) (Remember these cheap lead batterys are very robust , but heavy and fault tolerant. lithium batterys are uptodate and the specs are nice. But the voltage control have to be very very preceise or these lithium batterys are extreem dangerous and can burn hotter than you can think. Ok other types of lithium batterys are ... But all are expensive to buy and you must use a high quality charging circuit) All ideas at your own risk. Maybe not legal in your country. Better be an little expert in electronic and take your time to read and study before you burn your house and ruine your health. Safe money can be very very very expensive ! Sometimes it is better to buy a 230 Volt cheap smal amplifier and forget cheap experiments.

I have a ps4 power supply that turns off after you switch it on, without output of 12v. You would have to unplug the power cable and reinsert for it to turn on again. I would be glad if you can hint me on what to check for during repairs

are selected in much safe operating limits. so there are many other other parameters involved in mosfet damage, specially the worst issue is magnetic design and the driving signal mismatching

Hi, I also have a power supply, my switch mode power supply switches down from 230v to 24 v dc. However, my power supply has intermittent problem, where under load it occasionally switches off and then turn back on. The voltage at the output is 24 vdc. I am not sure what the problem is, as it is intermittent. Thanks, any help appreciated.

If it trips and restarts It means it runs in overload protection condition Please check main dc capacitor TL431 Circuit for proper feedback

please check 12 volt. rectifier or capacitor . because 12 volt power supply is independent, so it must appear in output
