Lucky it's a nice quiet track or you would need all sorts of safety equipment.

Nice video. Tempted to buy one of these. The ground looks pretty inert/quiet. Would have been nice to see if a big mono would have picked it up though. Keep the vids coming with this coil, Appreciated. I'm subscribed.

Good day, just curious if you used the discrimination mode before you dig just in case it was ferrous ? I always do and so far its never been wrong, one day I must trust it and save the 1 meter holes to a beer can.

Using one of those I think I might need to make a (sawn off shotgun) version of the gold monster for pinpointing targets. Or just carry a 40ton excavator around in my back pocket

lol, i just got mine today and after opening it i stood there for a good 5 to 10 minutes holding it and laughing over the size of it. It looks big on camera but until you're holding it in your hands and then put it on the end of a GPX 5000 you soon realise what the bungee cord was made for. Anyway, the idea of using a much smaller detector as a pin pointer is a good idea as i have a X-Terra 705 VLF detector i bought a few year back and will try it as a pin pointer as i also don't want be digging meteor craters 😁👍
