Hi, 30 min strength training "ALL STANDING" is ready for you. We train all the muscles of your body and all while standing. Your muscles will be challenged and you will feel satisfied after the workout. Cardio and Strength moves are mix in this workout. You train for 40 seconds and you have 10 seconds of rest in between. I use 2x5kg and 2x2kg weights.
