I've been saving your bounce videos for months now but have been too chicken to try them! They seem so fast and hard! This one looks more my pace and a bit shorter. Would love more like this and even shorter, like 10-15 minutes. Thank you so much for doing these!💕

So welcome. Wish I could help with that, but I don't have the bar. Jumpsport sent me that trampoline while I was visiting my parents in North Dakota last February. You can always do all trampoline workouts, just turn to side when doing some of the kicks. Think of it as a challenge, not an obstacle.

@@MichelleBriehler so, I finally was able to get to it! Just finished and OMG was that fun!! Loved all the arm movements! I feel like I got a great workout! Also, I opted not to get the bar add-on for my JumpSport trampoline because it seemed as though I’d be opting to take the elevator when I know I can take the stairs. I can see how this depends upon each specific situation, of course, and how wonderful for your mom! Perhaps it would be helpful to have for your cardio kick class. I love cardio kick moves so much, and it’s hard not to be able to do them on the trampoline. But I’m hoping classes like this one can help get to that level with practice. Appreciate this so much! ❤️

Wow! IDK if I'm getting conditioned or if this is more suited to my beginner level,but I can do up to 6" instead of the 2-2.5" (on the basic program)! Even though I can't do all the moves yet, it gave me a great challenging WO! Thanks for the recommendation 😘🤪

Hi Michelle, I'm about to upgrade my basic Jumpsport with a new mat and cords to make it a 350 Pro and I'm wondering if you would recommend the petals or not....do your feet ever get caught in them? Thanks so much for your fantastic workouts!

My feet never get caught in the mat. YES to the upgrade to petal mat. We have one here with that mat and it gives you a little more jumping surface.

I havent done a rebounder workout until now. This was so fun. I'm assuming a takes a little bit for the calves to get used to it. They were killing me 10 minutes in lol. I took my shoes off and that helped. I'm excited to do the rebounder interval workouts. I think the little breaks will help my calves. But definately less pressure on the joints and fully felt it in my butt, legs, and calves. Thank you:) Do you have a reccomendation on how many times per week a person should incorporate this workout in?
@MichelleBriehler
2 жыл бұрын
Happy to hear you took shoes off to help with your calves. It's optional to wear shoes. Do what's best for your feet. I would recommend trampoline workouts 2-3 times per week. You can throw in intervals to get strength and cardio. I myself may only get in 1-2 per week as I film for KZitem and do LIVE classes at Onpodio. Coming this spring Trampoline series.

Hello! Approximately how many calories are lost in 25 minutes with these exercises?
@MichelleBriehler
8 ай бұрын
Every body is different, and even when you use a calorie counting device they can be wrong as much as 25-30%. The average person can burn up to 10 calories per minute jumping on a trampoline. Does that help?
