This comes at the right time, I really need to strength my core. I am 66 and stooping forward , need to do something asap before it’s too late😬 I have started using a stretch band with arms going behind my head to strengthen my shoulders. Is this a good exercise Beth ? Will also incorporate the above. Any advice would be so appreciated, I hope it’s not too late 🫤

Beth, This was an amazing class. Just adding the tea towel made the movements more intense and provided lengthening and such good stretching. I am new to Pilates. Just started your classes in June and I look forward to my morning time with you. Thanks for sharing your expertise with me. 🌲Kim
