I'm former athlete just turned 65 and thought I was in ok shape.This humbled me to nearly tears at how I am only a shadow of previous. You younger people get off your ass.Wheather you are religous or not... you have a body that is a gift.Use it.

I havr been out of my home gym for 2 months due to surgery and finally got released to start working out again. The first thing I did this morning was get back on your page and do this. My arms are shaking, legs shaking, and a T-shirt full of sweat love it. I'm going to be hitting your 6-week shred program again

This is my favorite workout of yours! I started following you in mid 2020 and was using 8 pound weights. Moved up to 10 pounds in 2021 and then 12 pounds in early 2023. Last week I started using 15s and I feel so strong!!! I am 50 and in the best shape of my life. Great workout. Easy to follow and efficient. Had me yelling from the brutal leg exercises. Great combination of weight resistance and cardio. Definitely a decent calorie burner and mood setter for the day

And no, I don't even know them. Started doing these when I was doing a Gravity Transformation 6--week gig to get my butt kickstarted back into a healthier me, but their workouts were awful (they sent you stuff on a pdf with little how to snippets. I just wanted a routine to follow and here it is!). So glad I found this channel! It is much harder but that's what I was looking for.
