My new Morning yoga practice is out there! I will lead you through 25 Min. Full Body Yoga Flow, which I recommend to those of you, who are already doing yoga and are familiar with the poses.
We will go through movements and poses that will increase your mobility, flexibility and strength. After this practice, you will feel grounded, centered, energized and awake at the same time. Don't forget to connect this feeling in your body with your intention for today:).
