25 MIN PILATES WORKOUT | Stability for Strength

You’ve probably experienced how challenging it can be to move slowly and with control. IN this class we will focus on stabilising muscles and being controlled in the movements. It’s worth the effort, and you’ll gain strength as you devote time for this class. I am on my hands and knees for the first 13 minutes and then we’ll work on some midline moves and finish with spinal movement that will FEEL great.
