I’ve only been doing your workouts for a couple weeks and I already feel stronger! I’m learning how to surf which requires full body strength and flexibility. First time to do this one and I managed to use 4kg all through the workout🤩. I started with 1kg in November with a bad shoulder and I’m now on my toes. So happy with my progress and the consistency I’ve maintained. Thank you Anna for holding my attention and helping me grow😊

Jesus Anna! Did this as a "light finisher" after 2 hiits. I had only 5kg weight so did all with them. I also always think that planking is easy and I can go like 10 mins, boredom is the wort. Hope. I started during the break and was shakin when the clock said like 40, then there came the 1 hand rows. huh, easy thought I as I usually do this while balancing on 12 kg kettlebells and lighting the opposite leg. OMG! You killed me! Push-up hold was impossible to maintain! Thanks once again!

If you sit all the day in front of a computer and you want to something for your back - do it. If you want strong arms - do it. If you... Well, just do it. Yay! I feel like I improved this time. I used 15 lbs for all but 1, I went down to 10lbs for the lateral raises. And I got 20 seconds on the low push up hold. The slow tempo pushs got me though
