Awesome video. 7 days in and feeling a significant difference. More flexibility and it’s carrying over to my weight lifting sessions where I’m feeling much less tension and tightness in my muscles.

Thank you so much Coach Vigue for another great video! First Time trying these moves cannot even get close to getting into the fire log or even close to medium low side lunge. Sitting, my body bends forward about 2 inches lol!!!! I’ll continue daily and hope to make some improvements with your help. Thank you again!

Days 11 & 12- DONE! I cannot tell a lie. Yesterday I strayed and tried a different full body stretch/hip opener. Though it felt good, it didn't feel as fantastic as this one! Sean is right... sometimes you have to leave a stretch in order to appreciate it. So I'm baaaaack! :)

Fantastic full body stretch. I was sick for the past few weeks with flu and sinus infection so I haven't done any workouts. Everything is super tight but that felt great and had both my favs...pigeon and fire log! Thanks Sean!

Day 14-done. This targeted my 2 weakest areas groins and hips. Big improvement in butterfly/ firelog. Sidelunges are not scary for my groin anymore. Finally got to enjoy straddle because of this routine. But I feel I am still only halfway in my straddle journey... I know I can get them wider =) Thank you!

Hello Sean!!!! Love your beginner stretches. I am still on my journey to becoming LIMBER again. I was once, back in the day. MUST become again. I haven't watched this one yet. Can someone like me DO this? Or should I only try and do the stretch routines marked "BEGINNER". I am SO tight... sigh... inner thighs, hips... almost CRAZY painful... anyway... NOT STOPPING... any suggestions... should I stretch MORE than twice a day. That is what I am currently doing. Morning & Evening to YOUR beginner stuff. Oh, Sean it is so DISCOURAGING to see how inflexible I LET myself become. Just TOO BUSY... didn't really notice. OH MY... I could use some encouragement... :) THANK YOU for what you SHARE with us. I mean it! THANK YOU!!!!

Day 1- Hips feeling very, very tight due to not doing yoga regularly. But I commit to doing this practice and taking selfie pigeon pose pics daily for the next 2 weeks so I can see (in addition to feel) my progress! Thanks for all the great videos, Sean. I appreciate it and YOU! :)

Day 2 of 2. Garland squat is a go. Side squat less of a no (than yesterday). Very limited ability to bend forward in the straddle. Still feel better than yesterday and the time rattled by.

A great stretch routine coach Vigue ! day 1 - felt tight in a few poses like mudra straddle and couldn’t get my elbows down on the ground during the side lunge. I will attempt to do this routine for the next 14 days.

Wow. Flew by. I can't straddle more than 90 degrees and my side lunges are wobbly. I can sumo squat real low and stable though. Let's see how I can improve in next 2 weeks.

I actually have a bad knee that locks up a little during that beautiful lunge. Today I was able to support it using the muscles I built with that stupidly long lasting straddle. Felt satisfying

You always talk about hinging forward. How is that possible? When in butterfly for example, I can get my back straight at 90 degrees but from there I can not ‘hinge’ forward. I can only bend my back with no ‘hinging’ at the hip whatsoever. Any tips? (I have followed a lot of your videos over the past 5-6 years…
