Get Strong, Burn Calories: 25-minute Kettlebell Workout For Full Body Strength!
Kettlebells are an incredible tool for exercising your whole body, in particular the posterior chain (all the muscles at the back of your body, from your hamstrings, glutes to your traps). They help with not only burning calories and fat, but increasing muscle mass 💪 and endurance performance.
This workout is 4️⃣ sets of 3️⃣ exercises x 2️⃣
Each exercise is 30 seconds.
The first two sets and the final two sets are finished off with an AMRAP, as many reps as possible and the whole workouts ends with a one minute finisher.
Count how many reps you have done and repeat this workout again in the future to see if you can beat it.
This is a great workout if you only have 25 minutes to squeeze something in.
Try and go as heavy as you can without compromising your form.
If you haven't got a variation of kettlebells you can swap the kettlebell for a dumbbell on some exercises.
