Join me for this 25 minute (mostly) seated yoga practice that is great for all levels of practitioners. We will begin with a focus on our breath and a brief exploration of how it feels within the body, then take that connection through the rest of the session. Though there are different levels of intensity offered make sure to go with the ones that feel most appropriate to your body today. We will work ourselves in a variety of directions with forward folds, twists, side stretches and even a couple of very approachable backbends. As always, let a steady breath flow be what guides you to the right depth within your yoga practice. So lets get seated and get started...
