This is a 25 minute all-levels flow focused on Gratitude. Class is led by Helen Cloots and taught in Kihei, Maui, Hawaii. I love using gratitude as a way to practice Santosha, or contentement. Santosha is one of our Niyamas, the personal practices that are part of the Eight Limbs of Yoga.
