like no. 6 In India, the next day of the wedding a ceremony called vidaai which means saying your goodbyes in this the bride goes with her husband while throwing rice (I think) behind her while leaving because girls are considered the Laxami (wealth) of a home so, this signifies them leaving behind wealth. And while this happens everyone cries with her. It is fascinating how how cultures around the world have so many similarities. Also, we also just wipe without the paper while sprinkling water(or that's just the case of my area). A little disgusting but you get used to it.
