The body is a Kandi GK200. It's a Chinese buggy I picked up locally. I did the mods based on Jeremy Taelman's buggy. m.kzitem.info/news/bejne/sWaHsWSEcauKdmU

Outside the box thinking a bit but how hard would it be to get a wider rear axle.
@nate32185

Not too difficult. I would try spacers first.

what sprockets do you use? i'm building a two seater with cbr 600 engine with 14 T front, 48 T rear and i am worried about the low end torque
@nate32185
7 жыл бұрын
The bike came stock with a 15 tooth front and 45 tooth rear. I switched out the front for a 13 and kept the rear stock. I was going to purchase a larger rear sprocket but my 250 does fine with this setup. You might want a larger rear sprocket for your 600 though.

Nate32185 thank you for the reply. i will go for a 50 tooth rear, as this is the biggest i can find that is compatible with the rest of the setup.

This is a question I get quite often. I’m going to try to upload a video to the Facebook page tomorrow. m.facebook.com/pages/category/Just-For-Fun/Close-Enough-Creations-169530953724831/ There are also build pictures from the ninja buggy.

The speedo and tach came off the donor bike. A 2007 kawasaki ninja 250. The tack works but I never cared enough to make the speedo work.

any idea how to make the reverse gear my friend?
@nate32185
5 жыл бұрын
You can find reverse gearboxes on eBay, but they are not rated for much hp. I’ve seen other KZitemrs fabricate their own gear boxes as well. kzitem.info/news/bejne/wKeivJuNp4ukapw. Doesn’t seem worth the money or time though. If you absolutely need reverse, maybe you should look into a 4 wheeler engine w/ tranny. I know for my style of riding, a lower revving engine would be more suitable than a high revving street bike engine.
