WOW totally blown away by the comments guys and the respect shown for 28 days. A real trip down memory lane, references to limp bizkit so true and some. As a fellow aussie I remember watching the Aria top 40 every saturday morning for months following a rivalry made up in my head between these 2 bands. Limp Bizkit were red hot and their style and genre was unchallenged. They were kicking ass in late 99 with nookie first single of significant other, then 28 days released Rip it Up and it started climbing the charts. Their style and genre very similar to Limp Bizkit whatever you want to call it they were both white rap bands both had turntable geniuses and both added kick ass drummers and a lead guitars. (maybe where the FNM reference derived from). In Early 2000 LB released 2nd single from the same album Break Stuff,And myself and most of the world were mesmerised. They clearly laid down a masterpiece that stamped their authority on this new style /genre. And I thought to myself aint nobody gunna match that in a hurry. Within weeks 28 Days Released second single from up style down "Sucker". and fuck me . The First time I heard it i remember flicking through the channels trying to find it again with no luck didnt matter I drove straight to JB hifi and bought the album still have the cd now Nov 2022. 28 Days were definitely the underdogs in this rivalry i had created but After listening to sucker 100 times that day I truely believed that this group of young lads from Melbourne were on their way to superstardom and hoped they would surpass LB on the Way. I loved Limp Bizkit and still do .But hey I was barracking for the home team. Sucker is one, if not the best Produced song in the 28 Days Repertoire And just like Break stuff it still rocks hard today. for those who are just starting to or wanting to hear more of 28 Days The album "Up style Down" is a good place to start. Be sure to check out Song No.10 "Deadly Like" another absolute cracker true to this style genre. Hope i didnt bore anyone to death whilst reading this but obviously something in the previou s comments triggered a spark and inspired me to do so. just nice to see positivity the world needs more of it .....PEACE

I remember early 2000s driving around Canberra and hearing that they were performing a free gig somewhere near lake burley griffin in the afternoon. Went down there by myself and had a fucking blast rocking out. Sick band.

I remember being at a party in 2000 when I was 16 and we had RAGE on, TV turned up loud (hooked up to a sound system) and this came on and I at first I thought it was Limp Bizkit.

Word on my sister who passed, in grade 6 at primary school we could play 30 seconds of a song then the bell. I played this track but honestly can't remember what verse or bars. But my teacher came in and said this isn't alowed, I'm like what there was no swearing or no.... She goes no Shane, that drummers my X "Mrs Mc farlane" Kent Park primary" F.T.G vic. Maybe 10 years later ran into her at a hells angels club house. She's like y arnt I surprised to see you here 😎😎😎🙉🙊🙈

Didn't your mum ever teach you that if you haven't got anything nice to say, to not say anything at all? A film clip with a band on a stage with big light stands is nothing original.

I was going to say that you were right....then...I saw the video again...seriously? I mean.... are you kidding me?? I don't understand the reason why a band would make a video like this....have you ever seen the video of "New Noise"? I think you should see it...and then, tell me what you think.
