Prepare the pancake dough:
- dry (drained) cottage cheese 200 g
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 heaping tbsp (25 g) of flour
- 1 tbsp sugar (20 g)
- a few drops of vanilla
Roll out a sausage shape, slice it into discs, and shape the cottage cheese pancakes.
Fry for half a minute on each side in a mixture of butter and vegetable oil.
Preheat in the oven for 5 minutes at 180 degrees.
