In the studio today, Queen Katherine is creating with alcohol inks and resin. Using alcohol inks to color molded resin soap dishes, two cute little dishes are made - with the color inside the soap dishes. Great for gifts, an extra soap dish, or a cute spot to corral jewelry on a bedside table, alcohol inks and resin can be combined to make anything your imagination can dream up...and you can find a mold for! Very simple project for beginners to resin and/or alcohol inks. If you are fearful of a torch, a heat gun can be utilized as well to pop the bubbles. Just remember to let your resin off-gas by sitting for a few minutes in the cup after mixing, before pouring into the mold.
