The leak maybe caused by a perished rubber hose that links the filling tube to the fuel tank. My dyane had it when I bought it, and I solved it changing the hose.

If I remember correctly the gearbox mount isn’t too bad to do, loosen the two gearbox bolts, jack up under gearbox to clear mount, then it’s only two bolts to swap it, lower gearbox back onto it and tighten.

Excellent work! I have some advice on the fuel leak though. Mine used to do that for a while and I just put up with it, until eventually the engine cut out on an uphill and I was stranded. Called a specialist to help me the next day and he correctly identified it as a perished hose. Specifically, the short black rubber hose that you have at

All stuff imported in GB had to have "made in..." at the time. Made in Germany was also common.
