‘Fiercer’ is perfectly correct according to the Oxford English Dictionary (i.e. fierce, fiercer, fiercest). Of course, you can also say ‘more fierce’ and ‘most fierce’ but these are perhaps more common in the US.

If coach Cheryl Reeve says Caitlin Clark does not have experience then the MINNESOTA TEAM coached by her is a bunch of NOVICES who were outplayed by Caitlin Clark, don't we prepare inexperience players like Caitlin Clark to represent the US in the OLYMPIC GAME...

The bottom line is they missed out on an opportunity it would be poetic Justice for the coach if her select Team didn’t win the gold😊we had a similar occurrence. In men’s NHL a rookie by the name of Connor Bernard picked first overall to the worst team in the NHL and yet he was leading all players on that team points having a terrific year and then along came a goon from the opposing team we all know he is a fucking nobody was intentional jealous people out there who will stop at nothing to hurt someone else
