Definitely not! Training to failure is only really necessary for advanced lifters after multiple years of training. Even then it’s something an advanced lifter will do pretty infrequently, as training to failure can tank your recovery and slow your gains

@@Konvoys I’m not an expert so take what I say with a grain of salt but I would say 1-2 rir should be sufficient. Studies have shown shows that 1-3 rir is optimal for getting proper stimulus for hypertrophy without getting too fatigued. Your reps should get slower by the end of your set but you still need to maintain proper form.
