Man, now this is a whole other world of railfaning. I would love to see the rails from a Go Pro mounted inside the cab looking down the engine. The same visual as the engineer would see. Awesome video, and in your case, I don't necessarily believe that "the one with the most toys wins".

Seems like this was randomly recommended to many of us, but being a train lover, I don't mind at all. The model generally appears very much faithful to the original Big Boy locomotive; one of the eight surviving locomotives was restored in 2019.

To be able to sit on the back of That Big Boy 4014 (Don't really know if it is that or not) and ride through that Beautiful landscape was pretty damn cool. The first thing that I can ever remember as a young child was wanting to drive a train, I know you can't drive a train but I thought you could at the age of six. Nice Work! Hat's Off! 1:16 Scale, 3,5" gauge...the smallest track one can haul a driver and maybe a few Passengers. 3,5", 5", and 7,25"are the most popular LIVE STEAM GAUGES in the English Speaking World . 7,5" and 4,75" are US versions. Using these gauges for Narrow Gauge Models increases the Model Size... A colonial 3'6" gauge Loco would be 1:12 on 3,5" Track, and 1:6 on 7,25" Track...Consider a South African Garrat...
Wow its amazing and I think you are getting a lot of fun
