I have a fatty liver, bile along with digestive problems, I learned something new about the 3 bitter herbs to consume before a meal, I will definitely try, I love parsley and I have them in my garden, thank you so very much for all the information you put out on your Videos, I learn a lot, by the way Jesus is my hero, I do not know how I can live my life without him on this earth, can't wait to be in his arms when I get to heaven. God Bless You.🙏🌹🙏

Yah told me not to jump into traditional ways but to seek Him & He would show me. And what He shows me, He says to shout it from the rooftops. Im not trying to hurt anyone. Just seeking Yah's truth thru His Helper/Comforter.

I would likely use parsley because I am most familiar with that and can find that easily.

I do parsley and horseradish every year. Haven't tried endive yet, but interested in it now. Haven't had too much trouble finding it thankfully.

Thank You Soo Much, I learned something new today in your video, and that is to chew something bitter before you eat to release digestive enzymes that helps the liver and bile to release these!!! I am from France and live in the US, in France, we ALWAYS have Endives in the supermarkets. This year is our 7th year of being here in the US and I have NEVER come across Endives in the supermarket!! WE lived in Georgia where we were Blessed to have about 12 different supermarket and Never once saw Endives. We now live in Brownsville, Texas, only 2 Supermarkets never once have seen Endives. We have Parsley and Horseradish so that will do. Thanks Again!

Wonderful post Many thanks for sharing as your description of bitter is so helpful to share with youth, as I'm so long winded. Here down under can use Parsley both italian & curly, Curled endive darker green leaves most bitter, Chicory & Dandelion. Very occasionally narrowleaf Plantain. Often i add oregano and rocket (very popular here) to give alittle peppery flavour.

I have never celebrated the resurrection. I have only known the Passover service where we mourn Christ ,drink the wine & bread & we wash each other's feet. Night to be remembered, we celebrate with Lamb.

wow this is so funny, listening to my bodies needs I'm already consuming pretty much all those things. I have radish and parsley everyday! I only recently started to eat parsley again, I was having liver problems and bone weakness and I didn't realize that since winter began I haven't been eating fresh parsley from the garden and forgot to ask my hubby to pick them up for my at the grocery store he gets them when he comes home from work I can't drive so that is the arrangement. I don't eat endives, but I have alot of bitter greens and cruciferous vegetables in my diet like red cabbage and cauliflower. I also eat the leaves of the radishes. Its really inspiring to listen to nutritionists talk about how good a certain food is when we are already eating it from listening to our bodies building our confidence in knowing what is good for us when we listen to that inner voice. God doesn't just speak to us through external sources and other people animals and spirits, but through our own voices to :) bless you dear for all the work you do :)

Are you messianic or seventh day? Just curious. I would say I just follow the whole Bible but would be closer to messianic if I had to pick a denomination...
