hi guys in this video I’m going to show you step-by-step how do I make by myself three different prototypes to generate electricity at home for this purpose I decided to recycle as many parts as possible starting from the exercise bike that I bought use for a very cheap price almost 20 bucks each after mounting all the nonnecessary parts from the frame

These are electric bottles we have two brushless motors coming from washing machine, stater motor, and the other one is a brushless motor from an electric scooter
The first prototype is made with a DC brush motor

Our goal is to boost the RPMs of the motors, and for this purpose, we can take an advantage and use the original flywheel that is installed on these exercise bike for this reason I really suggest you to find the biggest flywheel you can find available
The bigger the more RPM so we can reach
Of course, it’s a proportional thing. Otherwise it gets too hard to pedal.
After all my test, I can clearly say that overall are very easy to pedal and it’s absolutely not difficult to do it for more than a half an hour each
I will say this the harder one to spin is the first brushed motor Isa bike. This is due to the very high friction between the skateboard wheel and the sandpaper.
The other two exercise bike made with brushless motors are absolutely easy to paddle and very silent, and I really suggest you to use this kind of motors for your prototypes
Of course, all the current that we produced is in AC current, which means we need to convert it into DC current to do this is very simple. You can buy some bridge rectifiers diets, which basically are like valves that keep the tension in only One Direction and we also need to use a circuitboard to control the power that we are producing otherwise too high and we can destroy some devices if we connect to charging in this configuration.
That’s the reason why I decided to take a solar panel system circuit, which basically takes the electricity coming from the bridge of diet rectifier and controlled to charge normal car battery for example
Overall, I am pretty surprised about the power production because even if we use different exercise bike and different motors as dynamos overall, even if the voltage can change between one motor and another racing fee is that all three prototypes produce around 60 V
