Are you jumping? I got my ropes a week ago. I've felt soreness. It's still here, but it is almost gone I jumped last night a little, This morning more, and in a little while I will hit it again. I'm using the two-pound rope. The ropes cost a lot, but not if you consider your health. I love jumping with these ropes. Participate.

I fell inlove with Jumping rope more than Biking as it gives me mlre flexibility with my time and place to perform it. Planning to buy the Crossrope next month 👊 is the Get lean set heavy enough to work my muscles up? Im 5'3 and weight about 125 lbs and my body type is Ectomorph. Thank you for your response 😁😎

So happy to hear you love jumping as much as we do! Keep doing the thing!! The Get Lean is a great place to start. The majority of community members who buy a get lean set, eventually want to buy the get strong set and visa versa. Instead of ordering just one set you can save by bundling the two sets and buying The Get Fit Set - this is a way better deal because you can save $40 off your order with code SWEAT40.
