You finally noticed! 😜🙃 Wasn't hard to plug the Everest because I really do love that product (and miss it dearly since the train incident😢) Product link has been in the description since I posted, so hopefully that drove a sale or two 🤗🌱🍵

This is great, thank you! I've been exactly that person with nice loose leaf tea sitting in the cupboard waiting because I thought the next step was to brew gong fu cha style. These are great, simple techniques to use to get started - and a relaxed, enjoyable format, too.

Great, funny, and informative video - thank you so much! Do you also have a recommendation for what types of teapots are best for preparing tea (e.g., glass, metal, ceramic)? Regarding the tea-to-water ratio, is it always a matter of personal preference, or is there a traditional rule/guideline on how much good quality tea should typically be used for one teapot when serving tea to friends?

Truuuue, that was painful for me to say also. I mean... I make time for Gongfu every single day, but not all people can (I guess?). Anyway, it's good to have backups... for the tea tool... belt... tool... tea? You know what I mean ;p
