2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp mirin (rice wine)*
2 tbsp sake*
*Can be substituted for white wine
🥚 Chawan Mushi
2 eggs
300 ml. water
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp dashi (fish seasoning, optional)
Shrimps, mushrooms, chicken meat
🐟 Steak with Garlic Soy Sauce
2 pieces of fish (tuna, yellowtail, etc.) or chicken breast
1 tsp minced ginger or garlic
Salt pepper
2 tbsp starch (potato)
1.5 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar (preferably rice, but you can use any)
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp minced or chopped garlic
