@@kristinelily I mix one K cup and Aloe Vera gel into a paste once a week. It brightens my skin and worked on my hyper-pigmentation. I apply it to my face and neck and let it set for 15 to 20 minutes. It works perfectly for me!

Coffee granules work for cellulite too. Use it softly on your thighs in the shower or you can create stretch marks.

Caffiene in skin care products is formulated within a system that allows it to actually penetrate the skin. Caffiene wont penetrate the skin just because you put coffee on it. The formula of caffiene skin products is done up in a way that maximizes effectiveness through a delivery system since our skin actually does an amazing job of keeping things out (yes, even out of the upper layers that consist of the epidermis) Also the formulas are made to safely bring these actives to the skin; they are formulated in a way to prevent irritation for most people (be it on the skin or in the eyes. And putting coffee grounds on the delicate skin of the eye area? Oof. That can damage the skin when you take it off) DIY skincare is usually a bad idea for the reasons above; not only is it less effective but it can be harmful to your skin over time (or in the immediacy; coffee grounds are a rough physical substance. And they do not dissolve like sugar does. Also dont use sugar scrubs near your eyes)

You should definitely use facial cleaners BUT Dawn is also skin safe, that’s why they are allowed to use it on animals. It’s formulated to be just like bar soap.

Exactly! But it’s not for your face lol. We use it to bathe are dogs when they have flees. Gets rid of them well. Or sometimes my brother has to use dawn dish soap to shower with because he’s been exposed to poison ivy.

Oiling your belly button with mustard oil/ ghee/ coconut oil actually does help with a lot of things like dry skin or chapped lips. It’s because when you’re in the womb all your nutrition is provided through the belly button. And coffee also helps with dark circles. Just don’t put the coffee grounds directly. Instead mix it with some honey and water

Hi, Indian here. Using oil in the belly button is an old remedy for dryness. I get chapped lips and dry skin so I have been putting a tiny bit of oil in my belly when I was small and I still do it. Since it's not always cold here, we don't do that in summer but over there, it's gonna work and do it. It does help with dry skin. Don't know about fertility and menstrual cramps. :)
