Onesto, that first reversed audio with delay, Raum was incredible. You should write a song with that audio piece. Great Demo

Hey, good to hear from you again. I don't know why some comments don't make it through. Sorry about that. But thanks for checking out the video! Hope you have fun with Sky

Nice video except for the fact that the initial sounds don't sound like guitars at all. A suggestion: either delete the word "guitar" from the headline or do the same video again this time with guitar samples or riffs.

I know exactly what you mean. I think I started with the intention of making it more of a pure guitar video. But then i got distracted from presets I thought were interesting but not very much like a guitar. Hopefully I get better at self-editing.

@@ThisIsOnesto Thanks for the kind reply! I really liked the resulting sounds, especially the reversed sample - it's just not a guitar.

How has Bitwig been treating you?

I love it. I have no complaints and would strongly recommend it. Each update gets better and better. The only disadvantage is that few know what it is, which can get in the way of collaborating or in my case working with some brands. It’s still waiting for that big artist or genre who credits gives credit to Bitwig.

@@ThisIsOnesto That's been my biggest fear is the lack of tutorials and artists using it. But I feel it's also what most producers in edm need. It's far more practical than any modern DAW today. I think their lack of educational resources and advertising has been an issue. But I feel every time I use Bitwig. It's like something you'd see at a boutique synth store. It seems very hand made. I didn't know that was even possible.

@nomad1517 yeah, I think you hit the nail on the head. It does feel very boutique and I think that’s a great thing. There are more YT creators making Bitwig tutorials, but no where near the volume of the Big DAWs. I think a lot of the BW tutorials are too geeky, just my opinion. I thought about making more simple BW content, but I’m a little scared that the audience isn’t big enough yet.

@@ThisIsOnesto Hopefully more big names start to show the power of it on stage. That's the other issue. So many artists use Ableton on stage. Name any band that uses electronic aspects to their sound and most likely you will hear it's Ableton Live. Bitwig needs to make their program easier for beginners with more getting started content and more you tubers need to make more beginner videos and less geeky videos as you have said. I think they will get bigger as long as they do those two things. If not. Most likely it will still have a cult following and grow slowly, but will always be underground. They seem more of a trend setter than a leader. Like, they come out with brilliant stuff, but somebody else will popularize it in the future. Fingers crossed.

@nomad1517 that's a lot of what I see too. And maybe bitwig will get that attentio.n Bitwig is easy for beginners, it was my first DAW, so I think they can make it happen, but I think you're right, they should brag more about features that beginners will love. But then again maybe they're such a small team that they can only focus on the product and not the content and marketing. Who knows haha, bitwig is amazing though!
