The problem with 911 call centers is a nationwide issue. The first case was one of MANY where 911 operators have been ridiculously negligent bordering on criminal. There was a case in my state where a woman was abducted and multiple witnesses called and reported the incident and the car and nothing was done. She was later killed and her husband ended up suing the county because of their stupidity. If they had acted promptly the way they were supposed to police could’ve saved her.

Only, he did stop and the car was on top of the child's head. The majority just stood there and pulled out their phones. Others, myself included, ran to help. The car was lifted by multiple people and myself and another person moved the child from underneath the car and kept talking to him until the ambulance came. People were still standing around. 🙄 Another time, recently, some guy was yelling and hitting an Asian American saying something about the corona virus. No one stepped in. Jane Heijmans she didn’t do the job because she wanted to “help” and “make a difference “ she got that job because the only option was Walmart . And I “have a heart “ but it’s for the victim not the lazy dispatcher who knew she did something wrong immediately. You aren’t “exhausted “ from sitting around all day. My mom did 12+ hour shifts 6 days a week as a nurse. For a long time she was in charge of the hospitals IV team. That met anyone who needed blood or an IV inserted and they had no veins then they were paged to come do it. So that met ER, OR, any hospital floor, etc running around. So yes, I feel SO bad for the lazy woman who thinks sitting in front of a computer 12 hours a day for $20/hr plus benefits and a pension. 🙄👌🏻
@JackyHeijmans

To Melyssa and the Marquis, you better be perfect people that never make a mistake, for if you judge yourself as harsch as you judge a person that tried her best.. She was not LAZY, she was, as I hear from the video, very likely tired and overworked. I can imagine that this is a very stressful job, if you hear people in trouble all the time, that completely rely on you. I don't believe a job like that makes her wealthy, so I really don't think people do that kind of work for the money, or for fun. And than there is the prank calls, the idiots that call just for fun. If you so feel the need to hate on somebody, hate those people, for they wear these people out for fun, and may make it hard to see or it is a prank or a serious call. If you had a heart, you would feel for both the dispatcher and the victim. Try to see a little further than just the length of your nose. Hate is not helping anybody. But feel free to go hate some more. There is a thing called Karma. You may find yourself in her shoes one day. And than you will know how it feels if people only see the one mistake you made, and not all the people that she DID HELP. To me, you both suck.

Most of the time, I see people defending the female mass murderers and feeling sorry for them, like in a case of Aileen Wuornos, but totally despising tragic male serial killers like Richard Kuklinski or Carl Panzram. The man killed all of them in a painless manner and made sure none of them were aware about their demise before dying, something that a psychopath would never do. He and his family lived in poverty, so it was logical for him to conclude that they would not survive or live an enjoyable life without providing for them.

@@JackyHeijmans Agree. It reminds me a bit of that Swiss air traffic controller Peter Nielsen who was on duty when two planes collided in mid-air. Over the years the management had allowed work to progressively pile up on the same number of overworked employees, and it led to disaster.

Exactly she should never let that line go. If 911 is dialed it needs to be monitered. Then called back. We did that as kids worried about a friend but then hung up. The cops showed up. Thats what should be done. She dialed 911 for a reason, obviously secretly. And you guys ignored it n that girl died n went yrs u solved because of their carelessness and refusal to release the tape SMFH

MelpeckFAM 39 exactly. When my oldest son who is now 27 was in kindergarten he got grounded for a night and 911 calls the house. #3~a typical family annihilator. These people literally think that they are so important to their families that the grief of them dying means they can't go on. Imagine that. It's a mental illness, one almost impossible to treat, because they're considered great family men (with rare exception they are male) and shock doesn't begin to explain how people react to them killing their family. But this fucking coward just wanted to be free of his family. I'm glad he was wiped out!

Regarding #1) I’m betting her hair was cut off due to duct tape being wrapped around her mouth & head (as in the News article stating her wrists were taped) This isn’t unusual, as other murderers have opted to cut out the tape, which causes the hair to be chopped as well ~ If the tape is still in evidence, from her wrists, I’d believe a fingerprint could be found, especially on the sticky side ~ Thanks for another great video 👍🏼
