@BhairavShakti
3 жыл бұрын
I wish my response was sooner. I am uploading videos in English now. I spend an avg. of 1.5 hours per minute of every video I produce (preparing, cooking, cleaning, shooting, editing etc). A 5 min video takes 8+ hrs of work, so adding subtitles demands even more time. Since I have to do everything myself It’s not feasible right now.

There is a theory about how much peanuts a day is safe. Although by soaking it you have toned down the oxalates, yet one is supposed to take no more that one fistful of peanuts only, that is my learning. But Bhairav ji, it will help if you can confirm this, please. We love this smoothie and will be happier if we know what is right
@BhairavShakti
3 жыл бұрын
Soaking neutralizes the oxalates in nuts. Few will consume this every day of the month (boredom) so any concern is negligible. Manufactured and unnatural foods that people eat on a daily basis cause much more harm in reality.

@BhairavShakti
4 жыл бұрын
The best approach is to cut fruits fresh in the morning. There is no nutrition loss this way. But if someone is rushed, they can add fruits in the night. There is limited oxygen in an airtight container and fruits are submerged in liquid hence it won't spoil overnight in the fridge.

@BhairavShakti
4 жыл бұрын
You can try cold water tray but I don’t know how chilled it will be. At room temperature bacteria start multiplying in the food and by morning it will get even worse. Consumption of such raw food can either make you sick or tax your immune system at least. Why risk it?

Don't think and worry too much about all this my friend. Normal people are very busy in their lives and they don't have the luxury of eating freshly cooked food 3 times a day - unless their moms, wives or servants just do cooking all day long. A fridge comes in very handy and no it doesn't make it any less pranic or satvik in a day. We should focus more on eating natural foods rather than fixating on whether it is more or less satvik, refrigerated etc.
@parthmehta4398
