Would love some measurements for the fruit and milk in your smoothie, or maybe you did and I missed it but I dont think so! ALSO wondering if you can buy those packs of dragon fruit somewhere and if you can tell us how sugary it is? Im wondering if they added dye or something because usually the flesh of dragon fruit is white with black seeds.. the outside is pink and green... so im a little concerned as to what that actually is making it pink. ?!

So I have been following all your videos and LOVING IT! I am wondering exactly when you take your vital proteins (the collagen peptides) because I bought a container and I am unsure how much to take as well as when to take...like before or after workout? What is best!?

Erythritol is in the monk fruit though and that has been proven to cause bloating discomfort and many other problems just so you know

Great recipes! Papaya is not dragon fruit. They are not the same thing they are 2 different fruits.

Hi Adriana, certain natural sugars are better than regular sugar for sure! Be careful though because they are still sugar so I would suggest limiting or eliminating them if you can and only using them if really necessary or when trying to cut back on sugar!

Jayden Mortimore hypothyroidism is when you thyroid ( a hormone gland) do underproduces hormones and leaves them unregulated. This was off the top of my head but I really hope it helps
