You made me realize I am obsessed with remembering things. Great to hear that it's ok to forget things!

I liked how you put it “the brain is very good at remembering how to forget”. Thank you!

I see huge potential with this as I am focusing on PTSD and chronic pain management without medication when desired and a safe and healthy choice/desire. Your communication is stellar! Thank you for your contributions to compassionate healing.

I have been thinking non stop about a 2 month relationship ( yes only 2 months) that ended 3 years ago. Although not as much now but the first two years almost 24/7.. it ruined my life, brought on a terrible depressions, anxiety, rumination, state from which I am climbing out of now very slowly, I worry constantly of falling back into that space and at the same time I am angry at myself for allowing this to happen and waste three years of my life.. I feel like my life is ruined and meaningless and I am just living days. I would not wish this frame of mind on anyone.

Don't ever blame yourself! I had the same thing for 4 years and we didn't even have a relationship. Well done for pulling through. It happens to many people. I hope things are better for you now 🙏
