I started to drink and make smoothie recently and its so effective for my health and body ,my stomach became flat .I lose my big stomach and lose weight ,I really like it and its so nutritious .Thankyou for sharing .

How do I "save" the recipes for future use? Can't seem to copy & paste them. Pencil & paper are so yesterday.

Hi Anne, since KZitem doesn't have a print button the best way is to copy and paste. If the recipe is also on my blog (like this one: kzitem.info/news/bejne/uYlnx66hmn1kdYY) then we link to it to print, but some of them (like these smoothies) it's best to copy and paste) :)

Any blender can work. Use what you have! I feel a vitamix is a great longterm investment because it really does make soups, smoothies, sauces, etc. creamier and smoother. I've never encountered a blender that can get things as smooth as a vitamix. However, everyone has to decide for themself. Use what works for you!

You can leave the banana out or substitute it with 1/4 of an avocado.
