Today I am sharing 3 easy meals which are perfect for weekday evenings as you can prep these meals in advance. I am sharing how I cook them straight away, but am explains how to prep prep each segment of the meals. I hope you enjoy this video and let me know if you would like to see more :)
MEALS & INGREDIENTS - to feed 4:
Salmon Fishcakes - 2 salmon fillets, kale, 6 potatoes, knob butter, milk, salt & pepper, broccoli.
Beef burgers - 500g beef mince, 1tbsp tomato puree, 1tsp rose harissa, 1 egg, 2tbsp breadcrumbs, salt & pepper, 4 large potatoes, white onion, cheese of choice, 4 burger buns, salad/ cucumber
Fajitas - 3 chicken breasts, 2 peppers, 1 red onion, 1 fajita mix, 1/2 stock cube (optional), 8 wraps, 2 avocados, 1 lime - juiced, salt & pepper, sour cream, 4 large potatoes.
